A training course intented for the staff of an Import/Export firm. Aim : to train the staff to communicate in written form with German firms. Herman, the trainer, has decided to use ELMO INTERNATIONAL for two main reasons :

- In this course, some people already know some basic German : he needs to meet the needs of individuals ;

- The firm requires a very specific training, the exercises must be based on the technical vocabulary the staff will use afterwards. Herman has fed in the software model letters : when they type a letter, the trainees may refer to the model and copy some of the sentences they have not mastered well enough... Without help, they deal with a written text to which they haven't been used to till now.
